Tired of blistering your knuckles trying to flatten frying bacon on the stovetop?
The solution is simple, and the tastiest bacon you’ve ever had is less than 25 easy minutes away (unless, of course, you have to run to the store).
Line baking sheet with foil. Spray baking sheet with a little cooking spray (no, the fat won’t quite guarantee that the meat won’t stick). Load it up with beautiful bacon.
Place “bacon sheet” into cold oven and set to 350° F. Floppy bacon fans will want to start checking on it after 16-17 minutes. I find 21-22 minutes about perfect for my taste.
