Where This Meets That

The Past, Present, and Future all walk into a bar.
The professor likes this; but is lost! Could it be explained?
Hi Professor! It’s a play on the word “tense”. Past, Present, and Future are all “tenses”; therefore, if they all “walk into a bar,” then it must be a “tense” bar, the word “tense” also meaning “on edge” or “anxious”.
A wise man once told me that no joke is funny once you’ve had to explain it. Maybe the next one will be funnier for you. 🙂
Oh no, the professor gets it! And it’s a good one!!
