Falcone's Crossroads

Where This Meets That

Tuesday Tunage – Helio Sequence

“Tuesday Tunage” is a weekly spotlight for music I deem worthy of a spotlight. To make it worth all of our time, I’ll do my best to emphasize tunes you probably haven’t heard before that represent the art in all its glorious varieties.

Oregonians Brandon Summers and Benjamin Weikel form the power pop duo called Helio Sequence. In their music, I can hear echoes of everyone from Bob Dylan to Duran Duran. So this week, in keeping with a spring frame of mind, here’s “You Can Come to Me”, from their 2008 album, Keep Your Eyes Ahead.

Enjoy!
